Ok guys, sorry for the poor photo here, but I forgot to take a final picture the morning after I finished the cake! I made this cake last weekend. Trust me, this cake was much cuter in person! It's all buttercream. Rather than pipe the polka dots directly onto the cake, I used the buttercream transfer method. It was so much easier, and I think I'm going to start using that method more often, especially when I have to draw very detailed images.
